Custom colors of sap.ui.unified.calendar not working when selected

OpenUI5 version: 1.120.x and 1.128.x tested

Browser/version (+device/version): any

with following changes in the CalendarLegendNavigation.controller.js:

What is the expected result? When a legend item is clicked, the colors in the calendar view should not change to the type color but stay to the custom set color.
