sap.m.MultiInput shows suggestions when not editable

OpenUI5 version: 1.125.1, but older versions are affected too

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Open the sample
2. Add editable="false" and startSuggestion="0" to the first MultiInput control
3. See that the first input is not editable
4. Click in the first input

What is the expected result? It should not show the suggestion list

What happens instead? It shows the suggestion list and the user can select an item which shows up as selected.
