Feature Request: Customize DragAndDrop Interval Lenght for Placeholders in sap.m.PlanningCalendarRow

OpenUI5 version: 1.71 and above

As our team is developing an app with main focus on Planning Calendar control, we are missing the ability to customize the snapping interval of a DragAndDrop placeholder.

Current behavior: https://sapui5.hana.ondemand.com/1.71.11/#/api/sap.m.PlanningCalendarRow property: enableAppointmentsDragAndDrop

For views where the displayed intervals are hours, the placeholder snaps on every interval of 30 minutes.

Feature request: A posibility to set the length of the snapping interval to 15 minutes.

The PO was contacted. This request seems reasonable and as a nice enhancement, but unfortunately the team does not have a capacity to implement it in the nearest future, so a contribution will be welcome.
