Demo Kit: Opening sample in a new tab ignores previously selected theme

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. From the Demo Kit Samples, pick one which can be opened in a new tab. E.g.: https://openui5nightly.hana.ondemand.com/entity/sap.f.FlexibleColumnLayout/sample/sap.f.sample.FlexibleColumnLayoutWithOneColumnStart. The Samples page has sap_fiori_3 as a default theme in the app settings dialog.
2. Click on the "Open in new tab" button from the header toolbar:

What is the expected result?

The sample opens in a new tab with the same selected theme from the Demo Kit. I.e. if it had sap_fiori_3, it should be opened e.g. with the URL parameter ?sap-ui-theme=sap_fiori_3.
