No search option in Card Explorer

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Open the above URL for Card Explorer

What is the expected result? There should be a search button to search through the page. It's a basic feature that is available in all other pages. it's very difficult to go through each card type and look into the information I am looking for.

What happens instead? No search option

Any other information? (attach screenshot if possible)
