TBI - deploy-tooling - TR Creation should generate a more meaningful default description

Currently the default description generated for a TR (either during deploy config or during deployment itself) is:

Created by @sap/generator-fiori-deployment or Created by @sap-ux/deploy-tooling

This should be enhanced to include the name of the ABAP repo used in deploy config so that users can more easily see what the TR relates to. The suggested new default text should be:

Created by SAP Open UX Tools for ABAP repository <repository name>
