[Feature Request] - control what's in the Dock menu

I'd like to be able to control what options are available to the user in the Dock menu, ie either show or remove "Lock Screen" or "Login Window". A good place would be in the preference domain.

This will change in Privileges 2.0.0, which will be available later this year.
