Update Documentation parser to make possible update Documentation to v13.2.5

Currently we are using Documentation v11.0.1 since our Luigi parser can't parse a new syntax of Documentation v13.2.5. It needs to be changed to get rid of multiple github security alerts which are popping in continuously.

This vulnerabilities can't be fixed, since the package under Documentation v11.0.1 is not anymore up to date since 5 years and it is vulnerable. https://github.com/SAP/luigi/security/dependabot/scripts/package-lock.json/ansi-html/open
