Added user API key authentication method

Changes

Added API key authentication method additional to the basic authentication. Now Piper user can use BDBA user API keys instead of username & password.

Finally I guess you would need to extend https://github.com/SAP/jenkins-library/blob/3aa6eae31a833baf5826baf24a57fb9aac466044/vars/protecodeExecuteScan.groovy#L14 to forward the new credential in the Jenkins scenario. 🙏 Sven
