Lib: rename dropdown to "button dropdown"

As a result of the fundamentals team discussion, we've decided that as we deprecate the dropdown component, we should instead keep what is around but simply rename it to Button Dropdown.

Currently what we have visually matches what other libraries like Bootstrap call a Button Dropdown.
