z-index of component is broken

Which versions of Vue.JS and Fundamental Vue are affected? (If this is a feature request, use current version.)

Release v0.18.3

If this is a bug, please provide steps for reproducing it.

go to page https://sap.github.io/fundamental-vue/#/examples/table and scroll until the "Performance Test" table reaches the top header. The master column are always on top.
