Rework FormValidationOverlay triggers for components with other Popovers

Popover FormMessage (trying to differentiate here between the single floating message and the one that is inside the dropdown Popover) only appear onFocus and not onClick (as onClick is always going to trigger the dropdown opening) when component has dropdown.

Popover FormMessage should appear on click for components that don't have dropdown - like Checkbox, FormInput, etc
