Affected Checks "Modern Language"

Expectation The check should treat WITH TABLE KEY as normal key accesses and emit findings and quick fixes for it.

Actual Behavior No READ TABLE ... WITH TABLE KEY statements get a finding/quick fix to LINE_EXISTS/LINE_INDEX.
