Update node version to 18.20.1

Description

I did update the used node version to 18.20.1 which is the newest release for LTS hydrogen (18.x) Please explain the changes you made.

Add a link to the design (if applicable).

Please bump to a version without known serious security issues: https://github.com/nodejs/node/blob/main/doc/changelogs/CHANGELOG_V18.md#18.20.2 impacting CI at SAP, at the whole.

And if that image is still maintained, not updating it on a regular basis to fix security issues in the GNU/Linux distro or the Java/node/... toolchain is inacceptable.
