[doc] correct default build timeout

Description

The actual timeout had been 5-minute, but updated to 10-minute in commit 9ad3fb3 See https://github.com/SAP/cloud-mta-build-tool/commit/9ad3fb3#diff-87ea4cfcdd6bb8062908727b36ef05d305ddfbd5ed89322e2276f315ac63dd1bR64

Meanwhile the document is yet to be updated to be consistent, which is fixed in this pr.
