Add MTA deployment specific configuration

New example that steps on standalone-approuter-html5-runtime-mta-hello-world but extends with it deployment specific configurations for xs-app.json. xs-app.json is templated with values which are defined in the MTA descriptors, incl MTA development descriptor and one MTA extension descriptor.
