@c-kobo pointed out that we need to ensure that the Fiori Elements tools can still work w/ the TS setup. Which they probably can't as they use cds watch in the generated start script.

Also, we should prepare the TS setup to also run with TS client-side code in the FE apps. This is demonstrated here: https://github.com/c-kobo/ui5con2023/tree/app

@stewsk FYI this is what we discussed. @daogrady nothing to be done from you end. I will take care.
