[BUG] Missing Cloud Foundry Service Plans

Bug description

The cloudfoundry.json only includes the free service plan and seems to be missing the standard service plan.

@js1972 : we are currently investigating on this. Currently the output corresponds to the one of the BTP CLI, but the standard plan should be part of the output.
