Pkg: Look at IE and Firefox issues

There are some problems with the form fields in both IE and Firefox. I'm not inclined to worry too much about Firefox but we should try to make the library look as good as possible.

• The radio button is not getting the inner circle in Firefox, which doesn't support pseudo elements on self-closing form elements
• The Select element is especially weird in IE.
