Add a section on auditor "Role/Identity Management" during audits

As an extension of being mindful of an "Auditors Role" in the hosts community (see https://github.com/OpenInternet/SAFETAG/issues/204) an audtior needs to be mindful of how they are perceived during the audit. e.g. If the auditor is technical an audit can be perceived as an IT process instead of the holistic process that SAFETAG intends. This can hurt the adoption of holistic (non technical) remediations recommended by the auditor.
