s3-illustrations align flows not clear at all

Hi, aligning flow [1] is not clear at all to me. What are the nodes of the tree?

The nodes represent individuals or groups.

Maybe it would be better then to remove green rectangular nodes and only use arrows on the tree-like structure. This will make it clear that the idea is to have information and value flow between the same nodes. I initially didn't understand the green rectangular nodes represent the same nodes as on the tree-like structure above them.

Thank you for pointing that out: The green rectangles aren't technically nodes, they're work items handed over between teams or individuals. It's a bit more clear in context: http://patterns.sociocracy30.org/align-flow.html

However, I will add a legend that explains both symbols this in the next release, it's always better to make things explicit.
