Coordinate Parse: Convertion will be done twice

Example: OpenLocationCode.parse(input) calls parseOpenLocationCode -> calls openLocationCodeToLatLon just for parsing. Then it must be converted to LatLng with OpenLocationCode.toLatLng which calls openLocationCodeToLatLng for the second time... Needs enhancement!
