Localize map window title

I've been hesitant to localize the UI in general.

There is a lot of text in the windows, the titles, the information when the mouse is over the map, and about a million lines in the settings windows.

Localizing that requires lots of translations, but the real trouble is making sure all of the text fits in the space that it is supposed to (like super long German words), so I've mostly stayed away from that.

Things like tooltips or parts of the KSP UI, where KSP is handling UI spacing are much easier to deal with.

I understand, UI localization is a difficult topic. In French I have also the same problem, naive translations are often longer than their English equivalent. But I always managed to find shorter terms to keep it about the same size, while keeping the original idea :) Do you speak another language than English? It helps a lot to design UI if you can try several languages by yourself. More than UI spacing, another difficult aspect for translators are strings composed of parameters exclusively designed for English. For example in this case I couldn't translate exactly "S.C.A.N. <<1>> Map of <<2>>" in French, as I would translate things as follows: Altimetry => "Altimétrie" Altimetry Map => "Carte altimétrique", or "carte d'élévation"

I managed to keep it simple by adding parentheses in the French translation, it allowed me to preserve the original English string.
