Do not open multiple Big Map windows (fixes #261)

Check if the Big Map window is visible before trying to open/reopen it by clicking on the toolbar button

Works fine, but not quite. Closing the big map window requires two clicks on the toolbar button: 1 click shows the window, 2nd click does nothing, 3rd click hides the window. All other windows show the expected behavior of 1 click on the button to close.

It's working fine for me. 1 click on, 1 click off. Is there anything in your log files when you click the button?
