N64 :Refactor gameid detection

Rename game to rom (although n64digital uses it, we should not!).
Moves current ROM "DB" to a seperate header for easier improvement (and suggested movement to SD).
Improves output to display.
Corrects documentation.

PR might need improvement as only limited testing has been performed. Although tested against 1080 snowboarding which eventually showed on the display.
