Transferring a file >4GB in size via FTP causes the Dashboard to crash

When copying a file (my example file was a PGR2 ISO from my backups folder, since I forgot it's >4GB in size), once it hits the 4GB mark the console locks up and the dashboard crashes. Other dashboards, such as UnleashX, simply send an error back to the FTP client when this occurs.
