Instant crashing upon looking at 3DS notifys with notifymii v1.2

im using the following below

NotifyMii v1.2 N3DS Galaxy On v11.13.0-45U Luma 3DS v10.1.3

my issue? everytime i launch the homebrew app using the cia file method (using the app on the 3DS dashboard) " Notify Mii v1.2 " then look at what all is on my 3DS for notiftys it displays " Invalid flag " after scrolling 6 - 9 items it will black screen for 3 - 4 secs then respond with a error screen this is just normal use this also effects creating notifys on the console too with the other option here some pictures

it be great if this could be fixed i hate to see another good homebrew app die in the past as the N3DS is now slowly fading out so no more system updates will get pushed to break homebrew apps no more
