Notification List errors and crashing

For reference on console details: I am using an old 3DS on firmware 11.9.42U

What is happening: Upon first opening the application and going to notification list, my list is full of invalid notifications with no visible data. After viewing or scrolling in this list for a short period of time (under 1 minute) it might crash. If not, trying to read a notification results in a blank area that may also crash shortly after opening, but not every time. Upon making a new notification, returning to the tab listing notifications (without closing app) in NotifyMii causes an instant crash.
