[Feature Request] Use Submodule for Avalonia language files

My suggestion is: Create a Submodule for standalone translation will reduce the coding development from approve each PR frequently.

Or use transflex for better translation experience. (Note, discussion ect.)

Transifex sounds like a better solution, although what was suggested before was Crowdin (I don't know how they compare personally, I have only used Transifex).

Probably should use something open source though. Weblate and Mozilla Pontoon are options on that front.

We are using Crowdin for translations now, but we still need a way to conveniently integrate with this repo.

@AcK77 once you are happy with the Crowdin integration, could you go ahead and close this issue?
