[Kirby Star Allies] flashing pre-rendered videos

Bug Report

What's the issue you encountered?

In Kirby Star Allies, pre-rendered videos are flashing. Unknown if it affects other games.

How can the issue be reproduced?

By opening the game and watch the videos in the Theater section.

  • Ryujinx version: 1.1.71 (1.1.81 is also affected)
  • Game version: v4.0.0
  • System Specs:
    • OS: Windows 11
    • CPU: i5-8265U
    • GPU: Nvidia MX250
    • RAM: 12 GB
  • Applied Mods: No

From what I recall, this is related to video decoding speed (that is, if the video frame takes too long to decode, it displays a black frame instead). Every game handles this differently. Some just displays the frame as soon as it decodes and lets the audio get out of sync, some cut the audio out to sync with the video, some just display the previous frame (making the video "freeze" for a moment sometimes), and some just displays a blank frame (as is the case here). So the issue is somewhat CPU dependant.

I guess my CPU is slow for the software decoding method, because normally most CPUs can handle video easily by utilizing hardware decoding, but if Ryujinx uses that it would break compatibility with other OSes.
