Game Update Version : 1.0.3

Current on master : 1.1.299

Graphics Backend : Vulkan & OpenGL

On Vulkan, the game crashes in early splash screens with a generic out of device memory error On OpenGL, the game appears to hang in early splash screens, though there is some indication that perhaps after an extraordinary amount of time, the game might boot. I gave up after 20 minutes.

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3080 Ti
RAM: 32GB
