Sniper Elite 4

Game Update Version : 1.0.3

Current on `master` : 1.1.299

Graphics Backend : Vulkan & OpenGL

In Vulkan the game plays smoothly but suffers from minor intermittent flashing red textures in cutscenes and flashing overworld textures in main gameplay, though this seemed to resolve itself after a few minutes in each map. OpenGL has this bug and others, making Vulkan the preferred choice to play through this game.
