Slayaway Camp: Butcher's Cut

Current on `master` : 1.1.213

Graphics Backend : Vulkan & OpenGL

On Vulkan, everything loads and plays perfectly. On OpenGL, there are some tiny flashing texture triangles on some levels. Both backends are fully able to be played on.
