Add graph under blood sugar graph that corresponds to the basal profile over the last few hours

I'll piggy back off this and say I'd love to see Bolus dots as well (similar to what NS shows, but sans the number -- I don't expect to fit the bolus amount in).

For SMB users, its nice to verify that SMB is indeed delivering insulin in a sane way.
