Not working on Windows 10.0.17134 64-Bit

Hi,

at first thank you for the great contribution. I have tried to compile the project with default settings in VS2017, which gave me a Fody error. I managed to compile it on VS2019 then.

But when I try to execute the PoC on the Windows version mentioned in the header, I always get "[+] NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM has no access to C:\Windows\system.ini"

No matter if I switch between 32 or 64 bit compiling settings

Thanks for reporting shkk1337. Have you checked that SYSTEM does have access to c:\windows\system.ini ? SYSTEM needs full control for the PoC to work.
