Armorstands do not glow when F is pressed

When F is pressed to select an armor stand, they do not glow.

Unfortunately, I have not figured out a solution to this issue, and I'm on Paper 1.16.5 now.

Did u change stuff at the paper.yml? i found my solution. I changed (in the paper.yml) armor-stands-tick to "false" due to a website that said its important for performance. if i set it to "true" again, it works without a flaw.
