Radial menu doesn't show up

I tried to add radial menu but it doesn't show up for both trackpad and joystick. Every other menu works perfectly using the same settings.

I am on manjaro using X11, kernel 5.15

Only made some small changes to fix function parameters used in the process. I could not figure out what was going on with the initial choice highlight so I just disabled that feature.
