Will Not Save Settings Or Minimize to Try
Describe the bug Ever since the last two updates, DS4Windows will not read any settings, allow me to save any settings, or even allow me to minimize to tray. When I click the X to close the window, it just asks me if I want to disconnect controllers and exit DS4Windows.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to the GitHub and install the latest DS4Windows build.
- Install the build.
- Run the process and try to change settings.
- Try to exit the window so it minimizes to tray.
Expected behavior I expect it to save settings and minimize to tray.

Additional context Additionally, I have had to disable and keep disabled any rumble or color bar changing behavior in this program as once a game sends rumble DS4Windows does not stop making my controller rumble.
As an update, I tried to completely reinstall this software and am having the same issue.
Maybe you have installed the app in an unauthorized folder (like Program Files).
I haven't tried to save settings (because I've been using defaults just fine) but ds4windows stopped minimizing to system tray after I installed the latest Win 11 update 22H2, even when I have the option checked in settings.
Edit:
To be clear actually, I get an icon in my system tray and it works like it should. However DS4W still shows up in both my taskbar and alt-tabs, when it shouldn't.
