Just working on this now, so far hashing on parameters (uri, body, etc) is working ok in my limited testing. Thinking about what edge cases might come up here now....
Just FYI, I might need to hard fork this soon. My use is fairly different from how this project is intended to be used, will see how it goes though....
Removing pagination support for now since this was buggy. The API's I've been testing so far don't use random markers so just including them in the hash work's out ok....

Issue for me seemed to be node 12, using node 10 worked ok. With brew: ``` brew install node@10 echo 'export PATH="/usr/local/opt/node@10/bin:$PATH"' >> ~/.bash_profile ```
