Guides are referring to old versions, considering moving to a Wiki

Due to the fact this repo is rarely updated because of the high work rate a project like RxSwift requires, it might be a good idea to transfer the content to a Wiki, so we can keep it up to date.

Can you @dakeshi and @lixin147741 help me in porting the chinese and korean versions to the Wiki?

I absolutely agree that we need some change to maintain up-to-date documents. Recently, I test some code in the document but it doesn't work anymore because it is outdated method. :disappointed:

@bontoJR , I find out your updated wiki docs in https://github.com/ReactiveX/RxSwift/wiki/Introduction Do I have to create korean wiki in RxSwift repo? I tried to create docu in RxSwift wiki, I have not access to it.

I have translated intoduction document and create Korean wiki page

I think it's helpful for users to make an sidebar in wiki page to move specific language pages easily.
