Migrating appropriate projects to Circle CI v2

Some of our repos are using Circle CI happily for a long time now. v2 has also been in beta for a almost a year by now, but lately it's been announced Circle CI will be sunsetting v1 by end of Augut, 2018.

I wanted to take this time to assemble a list of projects currently using Circle CI v1 and provide help in migration to those who need it :)

The list of repos that need work and their current point-people are:

The fact these people are tagged here does not mean they are the only ones who can make this transition :) Anyone that wants to help definitely should. This could be a great first contribution to anyone who wants to get his first commit into a RxSwiftCommunity repo.

I've already finalized and merged the migration to v2 in RxSwiftExt and would suggest using it as an Example in your own migrations.
