DuME in 4K monitor

Describe the bug DuMe fonts, buttons, and selection boxes are too small on a 4K monitor, On the appearance panel I selected windowsvista Style is a bit bigger but not enough.

Expected behavior If there is a preset for bigger icons/text with dark theme, I'll be greatfull.

System (please complete the following information):

Version of the OS: Windows 10
Version of DuME: 0.3.0

Hi, The UI should be scaled automatically according to the desktop scale settings of Windows. Can you check what is this setting for your 4k monitor? Can you also grab a screenshot of Dume next to an window of the explorer for example for comparison?

My monitor scale in windows display options is 150% I tried 100% with the same result.
