Jankiness when network fee does not equal setting's network fee

If the specified is higher than the actual, there is some lag in getting the correct balance shown to the user after a successful withdrawal occurs.

The balance of the user is known internally, and the user can view it by interacting with the site (e.g., refreshing the page or betting 0 coins) so this is not a serious bug. However, showing the user an incorrect balance, even temporarily, is not a good situation!!
