Improve SEO to make rust magazine a top rank

Current search for rust magazine is not very successful. We should improve the SEO stuff of the magazine. A goal could be to show up at the first place in the list of results.

Also if possible redirect rustmagazine.github.io to the new URL. Search engines (duck duck go) is still showing the GitHub URL

There also appear to be no keywords in <head> for the articles
