Hey there! I'm a javascript developer and have been teaching myself rust in the past few months.
About a month ago, I came upon this repository on twitter and decided to try it out. I sent an email to @M-ou-se, who was kind enough to help me out in my process. I'm grateful for this project, as @m-ou-se has given me great pointers, explained concepts I wasn't sure about and helped me out of some tough corners.

Yesterday I finished my first rust cli tool (https://github.com/imsnif/what) - so I feel this is definitely a success story.

Thanks again for this great initiative!
