Change backend from portaudio to CPAL

CPAL

This will also allow us to become purely rusty and publish to crates.io (portaudio crate doesn't seem to be active or updating anymore).

Before we can do this, we must address this.

I don't have an OS X machine, so I can't help with CPAL's issue. But I can give this a try in the meanwhile!

I will take a look at this tomorrow night

CPAL now has basic OS X support, however the library is still extremely basic feature-wise. I'll continue to contribute when I can, but for now I think PortAudio is a much more stable/safe option to depend on.
