Run comparison to libvorbis on the Wikimedia dataset

Wikipedia/Wikimedia Commons has a large dataset of about 520 GB of ogg/vorbis audio files (source). It'd be a great test to run a comparison between libvorbis and lewton on that dataset, to make sure that no mismatches are left.

Any updates on this? The linked Phabricator ticket lists that the VPS instance has been provisioned, but no further updates are provided.

@Shnatsel I'd wanted to finish the balloc work before I started this, and this I haven't done yet.
