alternative to minced?

Thanks for the great tool!

In some cases it might be nice to be able to use CRISPR repeat/spacer arrays identified using a different tool or identified previously. For example we could pass a gff with array coordinates.

I'm glad you like the tool! I have thought about implementing a more flexible approach for CRISPR prediction, but it will probably take some time before I have time to implement it.
