[Feature Request] Image tag repair
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When an images path gets changed outside of Diffusion toolkit, it looses it's data and becomes unavailable, and has to be re registered. This can happen for a variety of reasons (see #261), but when it does happen, it can be frustrating to go back and rate and favorite all the images again. However, Diffusion toolkit still has the data of which tags belong to which file names, and I think it could use this to solve this issue
Describe the solution you'd like A button in tools that will look at each unavailable image, search the database for an image of the same name (maybe should fail if it finds multiple), transfers the tags to the available image, and deletes the old unavailable image.
Describe alternatives you've considered A way to search for images by unavailable, so I could at least do it manually
