[Enhancement] Custom searchable tags

please let us save custom tags with images. and also, let us search using tags. for example:

Tag=blackcatsV01

search=blackcatsV01

this would be similar to Albums but without the bounding of an album. and no, the Tags do not represent text in PROMPT that we can currently search cheers
